Russ. I signed up but don't see the bcs pix.

It is my understanding that it is up and running now. You can enter and reenter using the same user and passwords. We will keep adding features as we go and even have a general discussion section. Any trouble let me know. Thanks.

My question is about the basic vs experimental picks. How do I read those plays. What's the diff? Some basic winners are not experimental winners. How do u play these?

"if you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got." I am constantly trying to improve on my system. I always have the basic system and the experimental system is just that one with a couple of other factors included. I am posting the the experimental system simply for credibility purposes. If it does better than the basic then it is on record. Meanwhile I am following the basic system myself but if the experimental and the basic system disagree on a given game and one system is doing better than the other I might be tempted to go with the hotter system. I could just post the basic system but I feel like subscribers should be privy to both. Not meant to confuse, meant to suppliment. BOL

I am sticking with the basic system. I posted the experimental system for credibility reasons. I am always looking to tweak the basic system. The experimental system is based on the basic system with a couple of added factors. In oher words the experimental system will be on record same as the basic system and if it does better then we can go from there. We will have a discussion area on the site and we can discuss any or all games on there. Obviously since 40% or so are probably going to be losers it is possible to zero in on a game or two where the two systems disagree. By the same token you can mess up tinkering with a system that has a better than 60% winning history. Aloha and BOL.

Russ, very impressed. I look forward to playing your bowl picks. How many units profit has your system averaged each year? I am trying to get an idea of the estimated profit, including parlay picks.

There are a couple of last years parlays shown on the site itself. I can't release that info on here but one of them was an 8 teamer I think I bet for $35 so you can figure it from there.

Russ, I've never paid for picks before, but from what I've seen here on this site, I have no problem believing that your bowl success the past 4 years has been exactly as you say it is. I just signed up with the site, and I have a few questions. If you don't want to discuss them here, I understand, but the discussion board is not up on the site just yet.
1. Without divulging too much info here... I understand your explanation of the basic system and experimental system. I'm curious, are you more confident in the plays that are in agreement between the two systems? Also, can we get an idea of how you plan to bet the straight plays? I know that you said that you don't necessarily bet all 35 sides. Do you have an idea of which sides you will be betting harder than others and which ones you might leave alone?
2. I know that you hit at least 2 parlays last year. How many parlays did you play last year? I know how unlikely it is to cash multiple parlays or to expect even one to hit again this year, but you would have profited even if you won 2 out of 100 at those payouts.

I can wait until that discussion board is up to hear your answers. Good luck and thanks for your time.

Sorry been swamped. All 35 picks. There is an explanation for the experimental picks. I would say $200 is plenty for parlays the way I play them but someone else might recommend an off shore place for you. Just got home. I will check on the discussion board shortly. I am in a construction related business and it is hot and heavy in Oklahoma at this time. I will be talking to the IT guy this evening. We will discuss strength of ratings and other parlays once the board is up and running and we will continue thru the bowls.

Remind me when we get the discussion board up and I will post the total expectations based on my spreadsheet. I went over some on my bowl thread very recently but I have not collected any data on totals to date although I will be monitoring them this bowl season.
